About this property

Atypical loft / Air-conditioned / Hyper center - quiet / Small terrace.

A small discreet street, ideally located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the town hall, the market halls and the Place de la Madeleine. Former workshop recently renovated into a loft, beautiful surface area of 70m2, designed and fitted out by us. The décor gives pride of place to natural materials and creation. Crossing, the back opens onto a very pretty inner courtyard, a haven of peace where life is good. In short, the perfect choice for a quiet stay in the very centre of Béziers.

Très bel appartement ! La description est exacte, c'est vraiment atypique. On croyait vivre sans une galerie d'art. Très bien équipé et très bien localisé. Merci beaucoup Alezandra.
