I lived in this neighborhood for 15+ years prior to moving away. It is a perfect place to stay for any type of New Orleans vacation due to its central location in the city. Clean rooms and a safe neighborhood. Just wish the tiny mini-fridge's freezer were usable as it was frozen so small you couldn't even get a water bottle inside. Otherwise, great place and would stay again.
Though the mid city location is great, the AC didn’t work and, paired with the outside light flooding into the room at night, our stay was almost unbearable.
