The property was in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. Clear instructions on check-in/out were provided in advance. The home was clean, neat and stocked with ample supplies for cooking family meals. We enjoyed sitting outside near the lake and the visits from family of ducks.

This was our second stay here, and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect — close enough to Reformation Bible College for our events, while still being convenient to all the other places we enjoy visiting. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and feels just like home. We especially enjoy being able to fish and relax in between events. We look forward to staying here again!

The host is great and we love this property. It is located close to our children and on a pretty lake. We love to sit outside and watch the birds on the lake. The house is very nice also. It is way better then staying in a hotel. We will be back the next time we come to visit!

We arrived at 4:45pm and unpacked our belongings. We had one ac issue during our stay. The owner addressed promptly. The outside of the home is dirty and unkept in appearance. The inside is much better! The fence has many broken pickets, so watch Fido close.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house in Sanford, FL! It was the perfect spot for our getaway—peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully situated. We really enjoyed fishing, relaxing by the water, and spending quality time together all in one place.

Great Place for Family

We loved staying here. We were visiting to spend Thanksgiving with our mother, who lives in Florida. There was room for everyone and even a lift chair for her! The place was well stocked with plenty of seating. We especially liked sitting outdoors and in the sunroom!

Excellent property

A wonderful stay in Sanford. Host was gracious and responded promptly. Felt at home from the time we walked through the door. House as my wife would say is comfy cozy. Enjoyed having coffee watching the ducks and wildlife around the lake. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Nice house on a lake
