Perfectly situated next to the beach! Awesome place to be and walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Surprisingly quiet despite the regular passing airlines overhead and some noise from beachgoers. Having access to beach items like umbrellas and chairs made it incredibly easy to travel. The assigned parking spot also made the trip easier since that area turned out to be rather busy and street parking was rather slim. Would absolutely come back!

Great place in ocean beach

Location is perfect for getting to dog beach, ocean beach, and all the restaurants. Condo is clean and well maintained. This is my second time at this condo, and we hope to continue staying here each summer.

My husband & I stayed with our two dogs. Loved it. Could hear ocean sleeping @ night. Dog restaurant within 10 min walk on beach. Marks place is clean & has everything you need. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful location! Apt had been recently updated. The futon in the spare room was too uncomfortable for my teen to sleep on but there was a comfy couch for her to use instead. Mattress was a very firm memory foam in the main bedroom. The walk to the beach was practically across the street and has a nice boho vibe. Our family had three nights there and it was a joy to walk to restaurants and the beach and relax!
