The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is open to the mezzanine.
On the ground floor, an air-conditioned living/dining room that can accommodate 8 people. A kitchen and its equipment. A bedroom (bed 140cm), a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet.
Upstairs, air conditioning, a mezzanine bedroom (bed 160cm) with a view of the garden, a bedroom with sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds (90cm), a bathroom, toilet.
Basketball, badminton, molkky, as well as paddle, beach games, umbrellas etc.
Free parking spaces in front of the villa. Quiet residential area preserved from the summer hustle and bustle. For the well-being of the neighbourhood, noisy parties and parties are not allowed.
The house is reserved exclusively for families. 8 guests max. We do not accept pets.
