La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!

This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.

This 52m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is composed of a living room opening into a furnished balcony of 12m2 facing south with a splendid view of the mountain.
The living room offers a living room - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
Two double bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds.
The third bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
