Good location for trails between warrior and pinnacle, closer to warrior. We enjoyed our stay, great communication and nice having locked storage as well. It has everything you need including a trailer dolly.

Very clean, comfortable house. Close to trail heads for Hatfield & McCoy trail systems.

Nice, clean house. Storage shed for SxS was a nice addition. Would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Very close to Hatfield & McCoy trails.

Wow! This place surpassed all our expectations! It is extremely nice and so clean. The snacks and coffee were an added bonus! We are already looking at dates to rebook. The kitchen is well stocked and it was an all around excellent experience. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Nice place to stay everything was as listed! Once sxs was unloaded the truck never moved again. Plenty of trails close by our group rode over 200 miles in a weekend from here. Property managers were very helpful and available if needed for anything. Great trip for us will be back and highly recommend!!!

Attention: never stay at this location. You’ve been warned.

We went here for a two day trip. Arrive to the property to find that it had no power. No air-conditioning, no hot water, no amenities whatsoever. Contacted the owner and informed them of the issues. They acknowledge them and try to get confirmation for the power company. Power was never turned back on and my family was forced to find accommodations over an hour away….. last minute. Not only that, the owner stole our money. Literally charged us and refused to refund us for the entire trip even though nobody would ever stay in a house w no power. Let’s not forget every part of your actions is recorded. There’s cameras throughout the property which record your every move. Good luck with any privacy. For everyone going to the trails this is not the place for you.

Why they chose this property

We thoroughly enjoy staying in Welch, WV riding both the HMT systems and Outlaw trails. We ride both dirt bikes and SxS and like the versatility of trail systems available in Welch. We hope you all enjoy this home and the area as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Paved driveway, good parking with trailer buddy available, large lockable garage, local restaurants, down town cinema, grocery and convenience store, dollar store, Walgreens, and auto parts store close by . HMT trail passes sold at local convenience store with several trail heads and destination sites nearby. Historic Welch, WV with lots of walkable downtown charm.
