Very beautiful and spacious T3 which finished its construction in June 2024 in Île-Rousse. Come and enjoy this top floor of 84 m² with a 180° sea view terrace and 20 m². It is through and very bright. Equipped with 1 bedroom with sea view with a double bed 160, 1 bedroom with two beds 80x200 (or a double bed 160) and a shower room accessible from each of the bedrooms.
Three minutes drive from the city centre with one of the car parks easy to access, or 8 minutes walk. Included Private parking in the basement.
During your stay you will have the opportunity to visit the charming streets of the city centre, discover the splendid island of Piétra or go to the citadel of Calvi!!
It is equipped with a large functional kitchen open to the living room with a breakfast area and a laundry room. We have a large table on the terrace as well as a beautiful wooden dining table inside. We have chosen quality equipment for a comfort like at home... and more for your holidays....

Un séjour inoubliable en Corse !

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques dans ce véritable coin de paradis. Entre les paysages à couper le souffle, les plages de sable fin et les eaux cristallines, la Corse nous a émerveillés à chaque instant. L'appartement que nous avons loué a été un véritable coup de cœur. Confortable, spacieux et parfaitement équipé, il nous a offert un cadre idéal pour nous reposer. La vue magnifique depuis la terrasse a ajouté une touche de perfection à notre séjour. Merci à Amélie pour sa confiance et sa disponibilité. Nous tenons également à remercier Nara pour son accueil chaleureux. Sa gentillesse nous a fait sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée.
