Ground floor of a very recent villa situated 2 km from the center of Ile Rousse and 1km from the beach Bodri, superb sandy beach.
You will find:
- Stay (table, small sitting area, TV)
- The kitchen open to the living room, overlooking a large sea view terrace (loungers table and barbecue)
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a private shower room with toilet (140 bed in one, 2 beds 90 in the other).
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer).
You can park in front of the house and enjoy a beautiful terrace and garden of the property where your children can run around safely.

La Balagne ça vous gagne !
Bon séjour reposant mais chaleur parfois étouffante dans une des plus belles régions de Corse. A proximité des plages bondées en août (sauf sur les rochers)... ou des chemins de randonnées déserts !
Appartement bien agencé. Manque néanmoins quelques accessoires de cuisine et des couverts. Literies trop souples pour le maintien du dos.
Propriétaires sur place discrets et très réactifs si besoin.
