Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber. Das Grundstück hat viel Platz und eine kleinen Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatte und Boule-Platz. Der Vermieter wohnt vor Ort, spricht französisch & englisch, ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auch ein Late-Checkin nach Verspätung der Fähre war kein Problem. Schöner sauberer Pool und ein Strand (etwas grobkörnigerer Sand, schnell tiefer werdend) in walking-distance. Viele weitere Strände sind in kurzer Zeit mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Durchgangsstraße in der Nähe war dann doch kaum zu hören.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es sind aber keine Lebensmittel-Basics (Salz, Öl, ...) vorhanden.Was wir vermisst haben: ein paar Kleiderhaken im Eingangsbereich.Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes und extrem sauberes Ferienhaus. Gepflegtes und ruhiges Gelände mit schönem Pool. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum einkaufen, sowie nach Il Rousse oder Calvi. Gregory ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Volle Empfehlung für einen entspannten Familienurlaub! Wir kommen wieder :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in unserem "eigenen" Häuschen auf dem schönen Gelände. Die Kinder (und wir auch) haben den Pool sehr genossen, aber es ist auch nur ein Katzensprung zum tollen Strand von Algajola. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar (Calvi, L'Ile Rousse, Pigna, das Fangotal, der Wald von Bonifatu, ...) Der Vermieter, Greg, ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Insgesamt große Empfehlung!

Une semaine de vacances reposante

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Simone et Gregory. Nous avons trouvé la maison de vacances comme décrite et tout était très propre. Le terrain et le logement sont très bien entretenus et maintenus en état. La communication était tout à fait facile et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute !

Séjour villa a Pigna

Un domaine extrêmement bien tenue, une végétation splendide, une piscine magnifique, rien a dire. Et que dire du logement qui est impeccable avec un très bon équipement, et d'une propriété comme on a jamais vu dans une location. Des hôtes a l'écoute, présents et attentionnés. Un domaine aux pieds des montagnes et a quelques kilomètres de la mer. Un domaine d'exception.

Gregory et sa maman Simone sont des gérants charmants, plein d'attentions et de bons conseils si besoin. Leur propriété est un pur délice : très bien entretenue, très propre, Gregory est soigneux et méticuleux. Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille ds une maison spacieuse et très agréable. Ruheinsel in quirliger Umbegung

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem wirklich gut ausgestatteten und top gepflegten Haus sehr genossen. Familie del Pino betreibt auf ihrem großzügigen Grundstück etwas hinterhalb des Trubels in Algajola eine sehr gepflegte, ganz kleine Ferienanlage. Der hübsche gemauerten Außengrill steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Der Pool wird penibel sauber gehalten, auch die Doppelhaushälfte selbst war in makellosem Zustand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, durften auf Anfrage schon mittags einchecken und fühlten und sehr willkommen. Klimatisiert wird das Haus über ein Klimagerät, das oben im Treppenhaus angebracht ist. Bei offenen Türen werden so die beiden oberen Schlafräume völlig ausreichend gekühlt. Das untere Schlafzimmer liegt nach Norden und kann durch konsequentes Schließen der Fensterläden einigermaßen kühl gehalten werden. Alle Räume sind angenehm groß, die Schlafzimmer verfügen über sehr geräumige Schränke, die Küche ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet, es gibt neben einer Terrasse vor der Küche auch eine große Dachterrasse (Zugang über Schlafzimmer und Bad) und einen schmalen Balkon mit Besenkammer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind auch zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Uns störte lediglich der sehr touristische Charakter der Umgebung, so kannten wir Korsika noch nicht. Das Ferienhaus an sich können wir ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Anlage

Ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes und richtig gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer tollen (Garten-)Anlage. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Balkon und eine Terrasse, der Gemeinschaftspool (mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen in der Anlage) war nie überfüllt und immer sauber. Es gab Hühner, die man mit Essenabfällen füttern durfte und die Eigentümer waren für Fragen stets erreichbar und sehr nett. Algajola und Strand sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar, der Strand über einen Schleichweg ansonsten auch in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Ferienerlebnis

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ausgestattet und auch für schweizer Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen war sehr gepflegt. Der sehr schöne Pool war eine tolle Ergänzung zum fussläufig erreichbaren Strand. Die Bucht von Algajola ist traumhaft und das Hinterland mit seinen schönen Bergdörfern ein tolles Erlebnis. Alles in Allem ein phantastischer Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung an einem Zauberhaften Ort

Tres bonne semaine la maison est magnifique tout est neuf et beau et grand tout est conforme à l’annonce et nos hôtes sont adorable et nous ont très bien reçu bouteille de vin à l’arrivée et canistrelli la piscine est très belle et on est tout près de la plage je conseille vivement cette location en plus il y a des poules et 2 brebis c’est charmant

Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Haus in ruhiger Umgebung, Strand ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versuchen trotz unserer lückenhaften Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache mit Hand und Fuß und vor allem viel Geduld alle erfordelichen Informationen zu vermitteln. Die Wohnung ist komplett und umfangreich ausgestattet. Immer wieder gerne.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette villa tout confort , propre , et très bien équipée . Cette location est située dans un environnement bien entretenu avec une très belle piscine sécurisée pour les enfants . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et veillent au bon déroulement de notre séjour . Il règne une ambiance très conviviale . Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !!!!
