Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

Disappointing

Stayed 3 weeks in studio corner studio unit M. Bedroom=kitchenette =bathroom filthy. Needed to clean and disinfect everything. Broken towel bar =ripped window shade &clogged tub in bathroom. Kitchen plates had someone else's food stuck on them. Everything has old=outdated and dirty. Forget about using there laundry room filthy. The only thing they had going for them was the pool. We left it cleaner then when we got there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE AVALON RESORT TO ANYONE. It's not a resort its just an old outdated dirty hotel.
