Quiet area, small townhouse of 85 M2. On two levels. 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds, one of which is in mezanine. 2 bunk beds. Shower room with toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe and wardrobe. Linen is provided. On the ground floor kitchen open to living room.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, necessary for cooking and taking your meals. Heat pump heating for the winter and fan for the summer. The living room is furnished with leather sofa and armchair, round table, flat screen TV. In the entrance, cloakroom and shoe cupboard.
In the basement, washing machine and access to the small garden to relax. Small garden table and 4 armchairs. Parking is free on the street, you have the bus 60 m away. All food shops are nearby, in a commercial area - 500 m.
