The Ritzy Ranch by Modern Luxury Retreats is an exceptionally private, luxury cabin designed for unforgettable gatherings - comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Tucked away on a large, secluded lot surrounded by towering pine trees, this retreat offers the rare combination of space, privacy, and upscale amenities.

Inside you`ll find three King bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a spacious Game & Bunk Room that sleeps six and includes a full private bath - perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Entertainment is everywhere. Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and dining, relax by two gas fireplaces, unwind in the private hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. The game room is packed with fun, featuring a pool table, foosball, arcade games, and board games, while outdoor favorites like corn hole and horseshoes add to the experience. For families, the on-site playlet keeps younger guests entertained as well.

Additional Details
• Indoor gas fireplace is turned off from June through September
• A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating the need for security deposits or costly third-party coverage
• Rate is for up to 9 guests; an additional $15/nt per guest applies beyond that
• Pet-friendly: Up to 2 pets, max 25 lbs per pet, with a $100 per-stay pet fee

We require a signed Rental Agreement for the reservation holder. This document will be sent after the reservation is made and we ask that you please return it within 48 hours. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, up to 25 pounds/pet. We charge a per-stay fee of $100 for bringing pets.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Ritzy Ranch and again everything was perfect! The cabin is equipped with everything you can need/want. We went with our family and two sets of grandparents. Our kids (3 and 6) loved the playground and thier upstairs playroom. So many details that make this cabin the best. The host is super quick with communication and the cabin feels remote and private but it’s actually extremely close to everything. Let’s just say, we will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well located. Three couples and two children worked out great staying at this property. We cooked a few meals and had plenty of dishes and utensils available to do so. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball, as well as horse shoes and corn hole. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time.

Hochatown Experience-Mathes Oesterle Family

Ritzy Ranch provided us with the perfect family friendly space for our family. We have all different ages of kids and this cabin has the perfect amenities to entertain all of them. Ritzy Ranch is tucked away and provides privacy and the perfect balance of coziness and fun. We will definitely be coming back to Ritzy Ranch in future Hochatown stays! Ten out of ten!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of space. We had two boats plus our cars so the parking was also a plus. It’s at the end of the street so it’s very secluded! Communication was also top notch! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was our 6th stay in Broken Bow and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. We stayed 7 days and we had the best time. The layout is absolutely perfect. The property manager stayed in contact with us so well and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will most definitely come to this cabin again!

Perfect Broken Bow Spot

The cabin had everything we needed for our long weekend escape to BB. Ashley and Ryan were so responsive and made the arrival and check out instructions super clear. It was a very short drive to the marina and to our fave BB pizza spot, yet felt very secluded. The firepit was the perfect place to end our days making s'mores.

Wonderful Cabin & Stay

The cabin was just as listed. Beds were comfy and hot tub was great. Glad the cabin was away from others in the area. It was secluded enough for us to feel we were alone in the woods. We all agreed we would come back again next year. Highly recommend this cabin.

Great place, very selcuded

My husband and my 5 daughters absolutely loved our stay at Ritzy Ranch. The house is set back from the road so you really feel like no one else is around you. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook all our meals. I also love that the dinner table had seating for 8, it was great for all the games we played. We will definitely return to this cabin.

Spacious and comfortable

The pictures do not lie. Everything shown is exactly what you get. The kids had a wonderful time in the game room which had bunks for all four of them. While the grownups enjoyed the cookout and the hot tub. Our last night ended by the fire pit with s'mores for the kids.

Perfect location & getaway

This house was perfectly located in the heart of Hochatown, yet at the end of the road to feel very secluded and private! The house was perfect with 3 master bedrooms downstairs, all with private baths, and and upstairs loft set of two triple bunk beds to sleep 6 kids. One item to note...there is not a door to the loft. But the bunk beds were secluded behind a wall that was able to partially block sound and morning window light. Our two families of 4 adults and 6 kids would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Ashley was very attentive and helpful with all our needs! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family well. Amenities were great! Very well stocked! Clean and welcoming. The only downside that I feel like needs to be mentioned just so future occupants would know is the road going to the house is VERY dusty and rough in some places. I’m not sure that much can be done about it but we literally had trouble seeing the road at times when passing other cars and dust was being stirred up. We would still highly recommend and would stay here again!
