ROSE Vacances offers this 7th-floor flat in a secure residence with lift, with uninterrupted views over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne and located at the foot of the beach and shops in the pleasant Presidents district.

This flat is ideally located, with everything within walking distance: beaches, Lac de Tanchet, local shops including a supermarket, bakery, butcher and chemist.
You'll enjoy a bright living room opening onto a balcony with a magnificent view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, equipped with a sofa bed (160cm), a coffee table, armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. TV and WiFi.
A semi-open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, citrus juicer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (filters), etc.
On the night side, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The hallway leads to separate WCs and a bathroom with bath, washbasin with vanity unit, towel rail, washing machine and hairdryer.
The south-west-facing balcony has garden furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea.
Street parking is free and unrestricted.
