About this property

Beachfront X T Sea - Surf Spot with AC and FiberOp

Welcome to X T Sea House!



It is located in Cocles, just 2 minutes away from the main town, and right across the street from one of the most popular beaches in the area: Beach Break.



The property is shared with a restaurant, called Reggae Chill, located on the first floor of the building. It is open from 9 am to 6 pm, so as not to disturb guests early in the morning or late at night. X T SEA is located on the 2nd floor, and will only have access to the upper part, where the house is located.



This house consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds and Air Conditioning, each with closets and floor fans, and large windows with views of the overlapping terrace. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a toilet and a hot water shower, soap and shampoo, and fresh towels.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare their meals: oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker… etc!



There is a wraparound deck with a full living area, hammocks, a dining table, and views of the beach!



There is no parking on the property, so you will have to park your car outside the property on the main road.

Location, amenities and view/wildlife couldn't be beat. Needed assistance once and excellent response time and resolution. Reggae chill downstairs was delicious and staff were awesome. Fantastic stay.

Overall, this is a very good place to stay. (We have stayed two times and would stay again.)Location - Raggae Chill plays music during the day, and the road can be very nosy. Neither of these were an issue for us. Being a few steps from the beach, we thought the loaction was fabulous.Both bedrooms have air conditioners that worked extremely well. The beds were comfy, and there were shelving units to store our items. A nightstand on each side of the bed would be welcomed however.The living room had incredible fans. Even though there was no AC, it was still very pleasant. The smart TV was nice; however, the chairs and couch are very hard. (But who really wants to sit an watch TV much when there is so much to do.)The kitchen was very well stocked. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The hot water was plentiful!Negatives... Minor issue - The two stairs from the back bedroom need reflective tape or a permanent night light to illuminate. They are very easy to forget about at night in the dark leading to a potential hazard/fall.Major issue - The code to house does not change between guests. We stayed there twice six months apart, and it was the same each time. For the safety of the guests and property owner, this should be changed with every booking.

El apartamento esta bien localizado, y nos gusta mucho el standard de calidad que brinda Casas del Caribe. (exc en cuanto a toallas, camas, cocina equipada y atención al cliente) El acceso es un poco incomodo.. entrar x los baños y basureros del restaurante. Que no haya parqueo también.
