Villa ubicada en una calle tranquila de Playa Chiquita, a tan solo 300mtrs de una de las playas más bonitas del Caribe Sur de Costa Rica.

La villa mide unos 350mtrs2 rodeado de un frondoso jardín tropical. De estilo colonial al exterior y estilo moderno tropical al interior, la propiedad ofrece muchos espacios agradables para disfrutar.

Se compone de 3 habitaciones, y una sala de estar con cama doble que se puede usar como cuarta habitación. La habitación master con cama King size, ofrece un walking closed, baño privado. Dos habitaciones con cama individual, cada una con su closed, y baño compartido. La sala de estar tiene varias funciones: sala TV, AC, escritorio, y habitación con cama queen size.

La parte favorita de todos los huéspedes, es la sala exterior, cocina y BBQ. Una amplia terraza que ofrece un espacio para relajarse, una amplia cocina con isla para disfrutar con un buen vino, y el área del BBQ, con una gran barra, alrededor del Bbq y horno de leña. Toda esta terraza con vistas al jardín y la piscina donde podrán ver una infinidad de pájaros, mariposas, monos, perezosos,…

Vengan a disfrutar del Caribe, y relájese en una de las hamacas de la casa, para sentir la verdadera esencia del Caribe!

Great rental with a relaxing atmosphere.

My family had a truly wonderful vacation at this rental! The house was lovely, clean, and well kept, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience. The location was excellent, with convenient beach access but you do need to cross the road. You get to see plenty of wildlife from the property from monkeys, toucans, parrots, and the cutest agutí that we would see daily. Along with the availability of great dining options in the area. I highly recommend this rental for a memorable getaway. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

Nature

The property was great, great idea with the outdoor kitchen, the rooms were spacious and well kept. On the downside there is no oven and the toaster oven provided did not heat very well, also the pizza oven which I was anxious to use is not functional. Overall a good experience.
