Well Located Millville Condo close to Bethany Beach

My husband and I spent a month at Richard’s townhome condo in Millville, DE and enjoyed our stay. The property is a 3 level townhome, so if you have issues with climbing stairs, this property is not for you. The furnishings and carpeting are a bit tired. The flooring in on the main floor is LVP and is very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. The powder room on the living area is very convenient. We did have multiple issues with the smoke alarms indicating that the batteries were low. Although Richard was very responsive when contacted, there was one time when he was out of town and no one could come until the next day. This necessitated us having to stay at a hotel for one night because we could not tolerate the incessant beeping of the alarm. Aside from that one recurring issue, we enjoyed the property, including the outside deck and the community pool. There are two grocery stores and a seafood market within easy walking distance which was convenient. Richard also provided a list of nearby restaurants which was helpful.

Wonderful!

The home was very clean and spacious! Conveniently located near a grocery store and minutes from the beach! Walking distance from our favorite ice cream place, Bonkeys! Checking in and out was easy.

Relaxing Retreat

This property, although not what some would consider modern, was very comfortable and homey. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us to be together, or to enjoy some quiet space alone, if we wanted. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and the townhouse is close to everything you might want to do on a beach vacation!
