About this property

Ocean front end unit on the 22nd/23rd floors on south side of the tallest building in Ocean City. Two bedrooms have beautiful views of the bay side - lovely sunsets over the bay, sunrises over the ocean. Ocean front balcony has bar height table and chairs so you can sip your favorite beverage overlooking the beach. There are TVs and DVD players in the bedrooms and living room and a desktop computer for your use. There is an indoor swimming pool and fitness room for your enjoyment. There is a locker on the ground floor of the building with low beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, toys, etc., for your use. Note that during prime season the unit is only available to rent Saturday to Saturday with a 7 day minimum. There is an age restriction of 25 and older unless it is a family.

Great beach views and access. Condo needs updating.

Good stay. Love the beach location. Some pillows were worn and stained. Some things were broken but then repaired.

I love this place!!!

This was our third stay and was just like going home. This will forever be our go to vacation home in Ocean City. The booking was easy and the owner is a dream to deal with & on the spot communication and super nice. I can't say enough great things about this property.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds. 2 beds/2 baths perfect for us. Oceanfront balcony was great to have. Grocery store across the street and convenient. Washer/dryer is a must when I stay at a place, so convenient to do laundry. I would come here again. We saw dolphins everyday. Does not include add on option to include package with towels/bed sheets. I would highly recommend using Shore Rental OC. They dropped off bed sheets/bath towels at door and they pickup bag in AM on the day I leave. So convenient. Thanks for a great place to stay.
