Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean

The condo could have been a bit cleaner. The ceiling was covered in dust and the laundry area was not clean. There was also conflicting information about making beds before we checked out and needing the check out at the lobby/security. I wasnt sure If the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board was for visitors access. If it was maybe include this in the description as it would have saved us some room in our vehicle.

Very Disappointed!!!!!

First off i was lied to by Vacasa about the additional fees that the condo would charge me for, then after complaining to the office when checking out, thy tod me that a supervisor would call me back with regards to issuing me a refund since i showed her proof that I wasn't supposed to get charged. still no call and no refund from Vacasa!!!! then the door entry keys didn't work, took 2 hours to get inside, once in the home beds were HORIBLE!!!!!! they were both hard as bricks. and the ceiling fans had packed of dirt on it so when you turned t on dirt went everywhere, the ceiling was popcorn and had dirt all over it from the ceiling fans my allergies were in high gear. also, that was a pet hotel, dogs barking everywhere all day, the neighbors had 2 big dog's that made you scared to walk pass to get inside our apt. and then the keys didn't work made it even worse. NEVERRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNNN

Clean but dated

We have always stayed at Atlantis during bike week and love the location. This was the first time staying in this unit and was a bit disappointed at how dated it was. The unit was clean besides the caulking needing redone in bathroom due to some mold. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they did the job. The door to the hall closet was leaning and I saw a previous review about this issue and it has yet to be fixed.

Outdated unit, inefficient AC, unhelpful management

We stayed at 501 Atlantis 7/24-7/28. For the price we paid, we are extremely dissatisfied. The unit decor is outdated (no big deal to us, but just to note), very small unit. Upon arrival the unit was 75 degrees. We set thermostat to 68 and ventured out for the evening. The unit never cooled past 70 during our entire trip. I was given the run around by Vacasa staff for 3 days regarding the unit not being cool. I simply asked for a fan to help cool the bedroom my small children were sleeping in. Finally on our third day we received a fan which helped. The AC vent had also started leaking and the popcorn ceiling was pulling away/falling down. Apparently Vacasa didn’t care about this, as they never addressed the issue when I raised it to them. Getting hold of a live person was very difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend this unit, and do not plan to rent through Vacasa in the future.
