This condo's private southern-facing balcony has a view of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. Enjoy swimming in the shared indoor pool just downstairs or walk out to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun just steps away. Come home from a day of family fun and the well-equipped kitchen, which is great for making popcorn for a movie night with the family after a long day of fun. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning.

The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
This home is equipped with a queen air mattress for additional sleeping space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wonderful Winter weekend in Ocean City

This property was great. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location right on the boardwalk made it so easy to walk around. The property was exactly as described and checking in couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely rent this property again.

It was ok. The condo had a musty smell to it. Maybe because of it being so close to the ocean. Water pressure is poor. Took forever to rinse shampoo out which makes you have to use a lot of water. We did not cook so we didn’t have too many dishes to do. All in all it was ok. Found a bug(see picture)

The building was dirty, rusty & eerie. My room was unclean - dust everywhere & musty smell near the refrigerator, infested with flies & the internet was spotty & would not connect to all of my devices. HHallways opeded out to the public

The only positive review I can give is it’s a good location. Parking spot was 2 blocks away and had to cross a busy street. I’m 76 and my husband is 80. It was a dangerous situation. The condo was clean but needed some work.

Perfect for those who love to clean

If you enjoy cleaning on your first day of vacation, this is the perfect place for you !! The floors were so dirty, clearly not mopped in weeks, my 7 month old had black all over her legs within minutes of being there. The airconditoners were filled with dust (a clear health hazard for anyone with allergies). I cleaned both of these our first day of vacation so to whoever is staying after us, you're welcome! We wanted to sleep on the pull out only to find the "sheets" supplied were in a garbage bag in the closet soaked in urine from previous renters. Location is perfect, right on the boardwalk and only a mile walk to the rides. Lookup Ocean City Vacasa before booking. Condo is in fine condition for the price, but there is no cleaning being done.

Great location,on boardwalk ,easy to get to the beach .Only got 4 stars because,entertainment center in bedroom was falling apart,curtain rod in living room falling off the wall ,and sliding glass door track is so dirty it’s hard to slide .we put in a notice that this stuff was messed up so we didn’t get charged but the cleaning people must seen it all ,not sure why it was that bad and not fixed .Don’t get me wrong it’s minor stuff the place is still great but for what they charge and than charge cleaning fees ,the cleaning lacks a lot and I mean a lot so just do what I did re- clean before you settle in and you will be fine ,it doesn’t take long but you will be upset on the amount of sand you sweep up and dirt when you just walk in and paid cleaning fees it’s crazy .I use to rent these through Caldwell banker and they where always cleaned properly not sure what happened,but like I said just take Lysol wipes and it will do the job great .don’t be afraid to clean and miss the opportunity of staying on the boardwalk at a great location.

On the boardwalk

The Good: Unit is on the boardwalk with ocean view. Price per night is very competitive . Unit is also clean and worked for out needs. The Bad: Only one deck chair on the balcony, One bed was short sheeted. Kitchen flatware is minimal. Unit is somewhat worn, The Ugly: We were given the wrong wifi password and Vacasa was unable to correct the situation in any timey manner, The dining room light switch was faulty and we spent two days dining in the dark without Vacasa responding as indicated. It appears that their local available staffing is insufficient. I would reserve this unit again but am now conscience Vacasa's shortcomings in Ocean City and will bring my own balcony chairs and sheets.

Online renting was fine but the place was dirty! My infant daughter would be crawling around on the floor the day of check in and I picked her up and her legs were dirty, (black color). - dirty washcloth left in the bathroom tube - trash can was dirty on the bottom (note felt in the trash can saying “I tried my best” - open fruit snacks under the pull out couch - open razor package and open orange juice under heating register in the bedroom - sawdust around baseboard in bedroom - half the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work - curtain rod missing in bedroom - refrigerator missing middle shelf

Stayed here from 5/30-6/4 and my hubby and I had a great time. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and we really enjoyed people watching in the evening and the fact that the place was so quiet. The main areas of the condo were very clean but the cleaning crew really needs to spend a more time covering all areas of the place. I should not have to wipe down the doors, kitchen cabinets, dining room chairs, outside furniture etc. especially with Covid. Overall we would stay here again provided it was cleaned better.

Nice place on the Boardwalk

Nice little place on the boardwalk. Close to shops and restaurants. We loved being right on the beach. Getting in touch with anyone wasn't the easiest process and I was left with unanswered questions. I did notice ants while we were there, not a huge deal but something worth mentioning. The pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable, it slanted toward the back of the couch and we couldn't sleep unless using multiple pillows. Parking was a little ridiculous. We had to park in a spot pretty far away even though there were other empty spots alot closer but we weren't allowed to use those. Overall nice place because of the location.

Good condo

The property manager never really got back to me about anything but the keyless entry, location, condo itself was great. You could view the beach from the balcony which was great. Was very disappointed that the pool wasn't open for our trip with Covid guidelines/safety measures in place to allow us to have the choice of using the pool or not. Overall it was a great trip.

We LOVED our stay. It was great to be right off of 12th street and right on the boardwalk. The kitchen was a great asset too!!! I would suggest bringing your kitchen tongs & spatula as they did not have those. Everything was very clean. Air conditioners worked well & you can see the ocean from the side balcony. We will definitely be looking into staying here again!!!

Only very basic spot cleaning done Very must smell super aggravating to allergies Mo pool even though every other pool on boardwalk was open Loud and dirty property 1/2 roll of toilet paper 1 garbage bag Staff was ridiculously uncommunicative never responded to emails and hung up or disconnected on every call Will not stay again we will rent a hotel next time the price was more than advertised with no amenities hotels I could have at least let my children swim in the pool. Very disappointed overall.
