Things to Know
The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Good place to stay

The best part about this place was the location and the view. We were right on the boardwalk and so close to the ocean. We did have a little bit of an issue with people parking in our designated spot, but other than that it was a great place!

We had a good experience, but the pictures aren't accurate for the furniture currently in there. The floor left our feet black after the first night. Overall it worked for our short trip.

Home away from Home

I loved the easy mobile check-in and check-out process... it made everything so easy. I also loved the little touches like games for rainy days and a bag full of things you most likely forgot. Like soap and Shampoo. Thank you for your hospitality

Absolutely Horrific

I would rate our stay a 0. Place was absolutely filthy and all three beds were broke, garbage disposal backed up and blinds were missing. Slept on a chair one night and air mattress the second.
