Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Relaxed beach stay

Loved the stay!! Beautiful view of the beach, it was quiet I can hear the waves crashing, made it such a relaxing night time vibe. Furniture was nice and everything was clean, also I enjoyed using the amenities like it was my home. I definitely would stay again. Couldn't be more comfortable and im thankful to be in a home away from home.

Great location

It was a great location with a beautiful view. The screen doors were broken and the 2nd bathroom was a little outdated. It has a beautiful pool. The security staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome close to all!

Right off the beach and every window facing the sand and waves. Unit was clean had more than what my family needed. With in walking distance of everything and sub shop delivery close as well. Had wifi but it was on slow side but wasn't in unit enough to worry about it.

Vacasa Management

The management company was substandard. When we arrived at the office on 10/8/22 to get our keys and instructions there was a young lady sitting at the desk eating her lunch. Keys provided and a few notes about the getting checked-in at Atlantis.. When we arrived at the unit there were NO instructions on how various items, TV, WIFI, etc. worked. Had to call the office for help and after four attempts found some help regarding the WIFI but no one knew anything about the TV. We were never told that there would not be soap, toilet paper, paper towels, ETC. I check the list of items to be included and nowhere did it say these items woujld not be provided. There were FOUR sets of instructions for checkout in the unit, one on the front door, two on the fridge, and one on the key packet. We called the office about which to use and no one could help us. We will NEVER AGAIN CHOOSE a VRBO listing which uses this management company and we would warn others to pass as well.
