We have stayed at this townhouse two weeks over the past 3 summers. We have greatly appreciated our time and the host. Location is a short drive to beach. Traffic is congested but price is right and pool and community are nice.

Lot's of room! Our adult daughter was able to have a suite to herself and still room for my wife and me and our other daughter and our son-in-law to have our own rooms and full bathrooms. Only thing to keep in mind, there are lots of stairs for those staying in the upper bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. Andrea always communicated with us during the entire process, and she answered question or submitted information very quickly. Everything was exactly as she explained. The home was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. We liked the location in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our granddaughter loved the beautiful, well-maintained pool. I highly recommend this very comfortable, cool home, and I would certainly book it again!

Great location for family beach trip!

We had an excellent time staying in Millville. It is so close to Bethany Beach and has a lot of restaurants and activities on its own. The house was perfect and comfortable for our family. We even had room to bring grandma for a couple days. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and host

We loved the location. It was a short drive to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Townhome was great. Pool was nice. The heat was overwhelming during our visit, but Andrea went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable even getting a portable air conditioner for the third story. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation 2023

I usually do not leave reviews but I have really found them helpful as I look for vacation properties. I hope this helps in your search:) The house was very clean and more than spacious for my family of 6. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals, air conditioner was great, and beach gear was provided. We went to Bethany Beach Boardwalk every day and swam at the pool after we came back. There was also a band at the Boardwalk we were able to enjoy one evening. Our favorite restaurant was Big Fish. Wonderful coastal favorites. The hotel description is spot on. The only thing I would fix (but is not necessary) is new shower head in main bathroom for better water pressure and a newer Keurig machine. Please note that both worked! This was just what my family needed!
