Our modern and comfortable townhome has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Asheville. Enjoy mountain views in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. Relax on our deck and enjoy our gorgeous 2-way fireplace, which can be viewed on the deck and in the living room! For guests with accessibility challenges, our home features an elevator.

We offer parking for up to four cars, with parking for two within the garage and two in the driveway, outside of the garage. You may enter our home from the garage or the front door, and you will enter our large foyer, with elevator, coat closet, and our laundry room. Stairs lead up to the main living space, where our beautiful, light filled kitchen has everything you need to cook just about anything! Our large dining table has seating for 8 and our kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The kitchen and dining area are open to the comfortable living room with a large sectional couch, and a cozy chair and ottoman. Enjoy our Smart TV, which has access to cable or streaming services. Or, in the cooler months, enjoy being mesmerized by our beautiful 2-way fireplace. We have lots of windows with incredible mountain views! A powder room also adjoins the main living space. Our large deck has a table and chairs, for enjoying the freshest mountain air.

A luxurious primary suite adjoins the main living space and features an exceptionally comfortable king bed and large SmartTV. The primary in-suite bath has a tile walk-in shower and a double sink vanity, which opens up to a large walk-in closet.

The third floor of our home features three more bedrooms and a large full bathroom, with double sink vanity and a tub/shower. The first bedroom features one twin bed and one full-sized bed. The second bedroom has a sweet day bed for cozying up with a book or for one adult or child to sleep. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.

Our home is located in the quiet community of Reynolds Village, in the town of Woodfin, which is a convenient 5-mile or 10 minute drive into downtown Asheville. You can walk from the house to the Village, where we have a neighborhood sports bar, The Village Porch. You can also enjoy coffee Light Side Coffee Company. Several grocery stores are within 5 minutes of the house.

One of the best vrbo's we have stayed in. 5 stars all around. Beautifully decorated and loved the welcome gift. We walked down to the village porch and watched the game Saturday. Had a late lunch at Quench in the same location as well. Both great meals. Beautiful sunsets off the deck. Was very easy to get downtown and art district. We will definitely rent this spot again when we return to Asheville.

The girls and I loved everything about this VRBO stay. The owner left thoughtful gifts and clear instructions. The rooms were immaculate. We had cars but it also was not too far from downtown if you wanted to Uber. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Asheville.

The perfect place for our Asheville girls’ trip!

This townhome was even better than we expected. It was clean, modern, spacious, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Fantastic family getaway

My family (spouse, 2 kids under 3, grandparents) stayed here for a wedding in Asheville. The elevator was super helpful for getting luggage/groceries up and down to the right floor. The layout was perfect with ample space. We really enjoyed the patio with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. The wine was a special treat :) Thanks to the host, we would recommend this place 10 times out of 10!

The perfect long weekend

We visited Asheville to celebrate my 30th birthday eating our way through town! This house was perfect for the occasion. It was cozy and comfortable and had the most amazing view of all the trees changing color for fall. Only about 10 mins from downtown we were able to easily get everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some meals at home. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful Property

We were in Asheville for our daughters UNCA graduation and chose this property, which was a great location to everything; downtown, the school, West Asheville and River Arts. It deserves the five stars as it was very comfortable, clean, and just a lovely townhome. We enjoyed the deck with fireplace and beautiful mountain views. We cooked twice and the home had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths (which is always a pet peeve with propertied), comfortable beds. Jessica the property manager was excellent to deal with and communicated timely.

Great place to stay when visiting Asheville!

From when we first made the reservation through until checkout the communication with the property manager was excellent. She initiated contact, was warm and welcoming. The information provided on how to check in and how to check out was simple and provided good information. The townhouse and pictures as listed is accurate. It is well equipped. There are multiple grocery stores near by. The highway to get to the airport, the Pisgah Forest, the Blueridge Parkway, the "tourist sights" and more is a few minutes away. The beds were comfortable. Although the weather was a bit warm when we visited, the gas fireplace is lovely as is the deck. We were 6 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH AN ELEVATOR FOR GRANDMA!

We went to my son's destination wedding in Asheville and brought my 86 year-old mother with us. The elevator saved her knees and gave us the opportunity to NOT stay in a hotel, but in a quiet, beautiful appointed and brand new property. The rental company/owner was more than accommodating and we were greeted with gifts of chocolate and wine from the local area. The property had plenty of room for the family in the large open kitchen/dining/ living area and felt like home. While we were out exploring, mom could nap or sit out on the lovely balcony. Our only suggestion would be to install a full length mirror or 2 — as it does not have a one — which is a necessity when dressing for a formal event. Totally loved the property and would highly recommend! :)

Perfect location - quiet and beautiful

We stayed a week in this property, using it as a central location to visit family and friends throughout Buncombe and Madison county. Being from the area, we knew we did not want to stay in downtown and having a quiet property that was easy to get in/out of was more important to us. Our party had grandma and two teens. Grandma loved the balcony, the easy to use television, and the washer/dryer as she did not bring a checked bag and needed to do some laundry mid-trip. The teens loved the balcony, the wifi, and the fact that there was a room for each of them and no one had to share. I thought the bed was very comfortable, and loved having a garage to park our rental car in. There are signs on the balcony reminding guests to keep things quiet after 10. I was glad for the reminder, as the peaceful area is really a plus. You feel like you are in the country despite not being far from the highway. Last, the communication from the property manager was perfect by me. Instructions on entry a few days prior that were clear and easy to follow. I texted the manager a day before leaving to let them know of something that might need attention for the next guest and they were appreciative - offering to address it now if I wished. It was nice to have the option! We would absolutely stay here again!
