Beautiful cottage and nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to points of interest. thought pets weren’t allowed, however there was lots of pet hair and the couches had the smell of dogs.

Beautifully furnished and clean with a great location

Really fun long weekend away visiting Asheville for the first time. Right across from a river trail that we took full advantage of. Also just around the corner form the down town art area.

Great single family home in West Asheville. Stayed one-week and this was a perfect landing spot for our family. Layout of house and rooms worked well for our extended family with kids. Having the hot tub was great. The front decks were fantastic. While not a ton to walk to straight from the house Everything was a close drive.

It was a great trip and property

We enjoyed this rental. It was clean with nice decor. The view of the river and biltmore property was excellent. It’s well located to lots of restaurant choices and not far from things to do. The kids loved the hot tub. We’ll be back.

Central location

The house is in a good location, easy to get to and a short drive to everything. There is road noise when your sitting out on the front decks but overall we enjoyed the stay. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We would stay again.

Great location, cute house

Our family of 4 stayed here for a quick weekend get-away. The house is close to town and has great views from the front. It overlooks a river and the Biltmore Estate grounds beyond. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. We were able to hike, enjoy the pinball museum/arcade, the breweries, and the Biltmore in 48 hours. Plus a hot tub dip while snowing!

Upstream cottage

Perfect location to enjoy all of the local activities! The house was comfortable and clean, although we didn't spend much time there because there was so much to do nearby! It was a great place for our daughter and her college friends to check out the local art scene and enjoy some time on the river while my husband and I went hiking, shopping, and enjoyed the local food and drink!

Lovely Break

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was as advertised. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning - watching the birds. Easily accessible to town, arts district and Biltmore. Added bonus of access to river across the street for fishing and tubing. We would plan to stay again when we return to Asheville. Such a lovely break from the Texas heat.

The property was great. It was clean and well stocked. The location was great. We were close to everything. The only suggestion would be a few extra blankets and some new pillows. Mine was very flat and hard. Overall the accommodations were good. I would stay there again.

Great stay in Asheville

Great property directly across the street from the river park. Minutes to downtown and less to the River Arts District. Home was clean with everything you need for a stay and we would recommend for a family. Interior could use a coat of paint. A couple of years of rentals (my assumption) is showing and makes the house look a little dingy when it wasn’t. Overall nice place for a base camp

Location is close to everything!

The house was very clean and really was close to everything in Asheville. Right across from the French broad river and park which was lovely. We used the hot tub daily which was great after days of kayaking, biking, and walking the Biltmore Estate. The only complaint we had was finding out through our check-in email that the internet did not support streaming, as this was not in the listing or contract at all.

Place and location was great! We have visited Ash like several times. Love taken morning walks just right across from the home. Great location to get to everything. The internet kept dropping. It was also brought to your attention that we couldn’t stream or use their Internet service. So probably not the best if you’re thinking of working from home. The hot tub was refreshing, but unfortunately, the tree above the hot tub was dropping these huge lime size objects, objects, which could be very dangerous. I recommend putting a some type of canopy over top. Cause it would definitely hurt if it fell on your head. Home did have everything you needed in the kitchen and in bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. The living room was great with enough seating for everyone. More than enough.

Convenient location

This home is as described. Very clean inside! I do think the outside porches and stairs could use a good Powerwashing. Location is convenient to everything. Beds were too firm for my liking and comfort. Kitchen dishes cups and utensils need updated. We had a nice time but can’t give this property 5 stars.

Just an OK stay

The house itself was OK-didn’t quite live up to the pictures in the listing.Problems that stuck out to us:-Not a neighborhood feel. Steep road and houses on top of each other.-Cleanliness was decent but men’s work gloves were left on the counter along with toilet paper on one of the bathroom floors at check in. Things in the house felt used and neglected-rusty shower curtain rod/broken light switch and reciprocal covers/unsafe chair on porch (almost collapsed/gutters were overflowing. For the nightly price of the home we were excepting something a bit more well maintained.
