About this property

Modern farmhouse - like new! AMAZING LOCATION!

We built this home in 2016 with one goal in mind: to be one of the very best vacation rental properties just 4 miles to downtown Asheville. This 2,000 sq. ft. home is very private yet close to it all. 4 miles to downtown Asheville, 2 miles to the Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village, shopping and multiple restaurants within 2 miles and less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-240 and I-40, making everything near Asheville easily accessible.

We filled the home with super comfortable mattresses with soft cotton sheets, quality furniture and all of the accessories we thought you might need to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. We created a game room in the upper level (with 50" flat screen TV with free Netflix) to allow your kids their own space while the adults enjoy the comforts of the living room with gas fireplace and 40" TV. Or, if you prefer to spend time outside, we fenced in the back yard where we have a patio and a fire pit surrounded by boulders and landscaping. It's just one of those places that feels good both inside and out.

Ashville Gem

this was a perfect house for my friends together for a long weekend. Very nicely decorated had all the essentials decor in location were perfect. I would stay here again.

Great property, convenient location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Quiet surroundings and easy transit to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. We enjoyed cooking meals, playing games and watching movies - thanks to the amenities provided. Plus, David is kind and communicative.

Amazing hosts, beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville and Dave's beautiful home was the cherry on top. Awesome living space, comfortable beds and neat landscaping. We really enjoyed the fire pit on a couple of chilly nights. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Asheville!

Wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely clean and spacious home! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, puzzles and games, and convenient location to all Asheville has to offer made our trip exceptional. Very quiet location in a nice neighborhood. Several other reviews mentioned the lack of a bathroom upstairs and if you are traveling with all adults, that may be an issue. We would highly recommend this home!

Why they chose this property

In 2016 we set out to find the perfect lot on which to build a brand new vacation rental property. Being a general contractor allowed Dave to design a warm, cozy home and make it a reality. Construction took place through the Summer of 2016 and the finishing touches were done in September. We hope you love this home as much as we do!
