Spectacular Views! Hot Tub-10 mins from Dwntwn Asheville-Huge Fenced Yard!

This newly remodeled ranch style house has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum and two minutes from the outlet mall. The living area and kitchen have recently been remodeled so that the beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room! It has a large heavenly hot tub, shuffleboard table and 3 arcade games (Simpsons, Centipede and PacMAn), TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, huge privacy fenced backyard with fruit trees and fire pit and an outdoor screened in porch. Tony and I live 20 minutes north of this house so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE FOR A BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND WE CANNOT HOST GUESTS WITH A SIMILAR TYPE OF CELEBRATION PLANNED.

The kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and dishes/glassware, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed, an attached half bath and a 40" TV. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 55” Smart TV with streaming Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level living room brick gas fireplace and the lower level electric fireplace will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Screened in, covered patio next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 70” Smart TV and leather sectional. Just out the sliding doors is the hot tub. Lively downtown Asheville is less than 10 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. On the southwest edge of Asheville, you're minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its many trail heads and spectacular views. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.
This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing, peaceful vacation away from the demands of city life.

This was such a wonderful property. It was very accessible and easy to get to and from other places of interest. The property managers/owners were super friendly and communicated well with us during the trip when needed. There were also quite a few small touches that really elevated the experience for us. Asheville Weekend Stay

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. This property had it all. It was close enough to the city where the drives were convenient but far enough away that you felt like you were immersed in the surrounding nature. Over the last 25 years we have lived all over the country before deciding to make Asheville our permanent home. Tony was in the restaurant business and Birgit was a bookkeeper . We purchased our first vacation rental in 2014 initially as a place we could visit (from our then home in Charlotte) and to be able to bring our dogs. We decided to rent it as a vacation rental to help pay the mortgage and before we had a chance to plan a few trips, it booked up for for the summer! We found that we really enjoyed communicating with travelers and the whole crazy vacation rental business! This is our 4th rental and we are partnering with Tony's sister to bring you this awesome mid century style ranch house. It's important to us that our guests enjoy their stay in Asheville and feel comfortable and happy in our houses so please always let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your stay should you decide to book with us. We will do everything in our power to make your stay memorable!

Why they chose this property

We love that it's so close to downtown Asheville yet has this unexpected, amazing view. The house itself appealed to us because it's got a lot of character and the lower level is so comfortable and spacious with extra space for a TV room and game room. The yard is perfect for dogs to have some room to run. Everything in this house just fit the bill for what we thought travelers to Asheville would want, so we grabbed this house the day it came on the market and are so thankful we did!
