This newly remodeled ranch style house has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum and two minutes from the outlet mall. The living area and kitchen have recently been remodeled so that the beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room! It has a large heavenly hot tub, shuffleboard table and 3 arcade games (Simpsons, Centipede and PacMAn), TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, huge privacy fenced backyard with fruit trees and fire pit and an outdoor screened in porch. Tony and I live 20 minutes north of this house so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up.

The kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and dishes/glassware, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed, an attached half bath and a 40" TV. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 55” Smart TV with streaming Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level living room brick gas fireplace and the lower level electric fireplace will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Screened in, covered patio next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 70” Smart TV and leather sectional. Just out the sliding doors is the hot tub. Lively downtown Asheville is less than 10 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. On the southwest edge of Asheville, you're minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its many trail heads and spectacular views. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.
This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing, peaceful vacation away from the demands of city life.
