Living in our exclusive apartment centrally located in Residenzort Rastede.
As home feel short-term or long-term - our beautifully renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to relax at the end of a long working day or even for stylish enjoying the well-deserved vacation.
In 55m² we offer you a fully equipped apartment, comfortable and tasteful furnishings.
Your home on time offers a beautifully decorated large living room with electric fireplace, and an integrated, separate sleeping area.
The bright clear bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and our fluffy towels.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, stove with oven to cooking utensils.
Accessible anytime you are on WiFi and phone, of course, also includes a flat screen TV and a stereo system to do so.
Enjoy a cup of good tea or a glass of well-tempered wine on the balcony overlooking the relaxing green.

    Ein paar Tage übers verlängerte Wochenende waren wir zu Gast in der wunderschönen Fewo. Es ist alles da. Sehr schön eingerichtet und eine ToppLage.Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Fewos waren Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive. Sogar das Beziehen der Betten wurde uns abgenommen wir werden es weiterempfehlen

    Sehr nette FeWo in guter Lage. Wir hatten Die Fahrräder mit und von Rastede aus läßt sich das Ammerland sehr gut erkunden. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war perfekt und sehr nett. Wir können diese Fewo nur empfehlen.

    Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Angefangen bei genügend Handtüchern und Badezubehör bis Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank und Kaffeekapseln. Es war wirklich alles top! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Nur zu empfangen!

    Eine sehr gemütliche FeWo

    Die Wohnung ist sehr wohnlich und gemütlich, hat einen herrlich sonnigen Balkon und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wodurch ich mich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt habe. Die Wohnung ist sauber, nur einige Kleinigkeiten, wie leicht befleckte Sets, ein paar nicht ganz saubere Gläser und in der Kaffeemaschine ein alter Tab, führten zum Abzug eines kleinen Sterns. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, denn ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt- ein perfekter Rückzugsort!

    Tip Top Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

    Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Rastede, mit sehr guter Anbindung zum Bahnhof & Bus (fußläufig) 2 Minuten. Das direkte Wohnumfeld ist sehr ruhig. In der Pantry-Küche findet sich alles für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks, sowie die "kleine" Küche. Ebenso im Bad sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Alles ist im sauberen tadelosen Zustand. Wir hoffen die Wohnung ist in der Zukunft für uns nochmal frei. :-)

    Schöner Aufenthalt in Rastede

    Das Appartement ist sehr schön und hat eine super Lage! Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schnell und sehr nett 👍 Lediglich in der Küche haben wir in der Ausstattung 1-2 Schüsseln vermisst (z.B. eine kleine und eine mittel große).
