Comfort apartment in the country

We offer you a spacious ground floor apartment with a large garden in the countryside in close proximity to the beautiful city of Oldenburg (8 km to the center). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The apartment is 115sqm in size and offers sleeping facilities for up to 8 people (3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a cot crib, one with a double bed and bunk bed and one with a double bed separated from the living room by a sliding door).

The equipment is especially selected for families with children. The large garden is fenced and completely separate from the landlord's garden on the other side of the house. Here you can lie undisturbed in the sun, have a barbecue, enjoy the natural surroundings or sit on the private terrace.

The surrounding area invites you to a variety of activities: start your jogging or cycling tour right on the doorstep. Five (simple) bicycles for adults are available. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for day trips to the East Frisian coast or to Holland.

We as the landlord family live in the same house. We are happy to answer any questions and requests you may have.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht, weil sie in der Nähe unserer Verwandtschaft liegt. Tolle Raumaufteilung für kleine und große Familien, jeder findet seinen Platz. Highlight ist die vielfältig bestückte Bücherwand im „Kinderzimmer“.Für jedes Alter was dabei. Und morgens aus dem Küchenfenster Vögel (inkl.Fasane) am Futterhaus beobachten.

Eine liebevolle Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben vier schöne Tage bei Familie Klarmann verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Neben der tollen Lage am Feld direkt an der Lethe haben den Kindern besonders der Schuppen mit den vielen Fahrzeugen, das Trampolin und die Fasane gefallen, die um den Garten herumwandern. Wer eine Auszeit im Oldenburger Umland sucht, von wo man auch wunderbare Ausflüge z.B. nach Bremen machen kann, ist hier genau richtig!

Unvergessen

Schöne saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung.Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir mussten sie in der Nacht aus ihrem Bett holen, weil ein Schlauch in der Dusche geplatzt war. Es war dem Vermieter mehr als peinlich, obwohl er nun wirklich nichts dafür konnte.Wir haben nachts um halb fünf alle lachend gefeudelt und durch das fachkundige Abschliessen der geplatzten Leitung überhaupt keine Einschränkungen in der Wassernutzung erfahren. Als Entschädigung haben wir am Morgen Brötchen, leckeren Hackepeter und zwei Flaschen Wein bekommen. Und als wenn das noch nicht genug ist, auch noch die Hälfte der Miete zurück überwiesen bekommen.TOP Erfahrung. Solche Vermieter kann sich jeder Gast nur wünschen.Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung

Die Wohnung sehr geräumig und liegt ruhig, der Vermieter direkt nebenan an, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig aber das wird sicher bis zum nächsten Besuch behoben sein.

Superschoon, ruim en gezellig huis met mooie tuin

We hebben een heel goede tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het is erg ruim, heerlijk schoon en gezellig ingericht. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. Met mooi weer kun je gebruik maken van een geweldige tuim met allerlei speelgoed voor de kinderen. Rustige omgeving. Auto is wel nodig.

Der Aufenthalt ist wie immer sehr schön gewesen, wir haben das 2 Mal in Folge bei der Familie Klarmann gebucht. Es hat alles total gut geklappt, die Lage ist gut und die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wenn wir beruflich wieder in der Nähe sind, dann buchen wir auf jedenfall wieder bei der Familie Klarmann.

Sehr schöne familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, landschaftlich schöner und dennoch recht zentraler Lage. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Grünen, sodass Kinder ohne Sorge frei spielen und toben können. Innerhalb weniger Autominuten ist man super zentral und findet diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Virkelig et dejligt sted

Rigtig dejlig stor lejlighed. Vi var enige om, at det var noget bedre end billederne viste. Selvom værterne bor tæt på, bemærkede vi dem ikke. Kan helt klart anbefales og vi kommer gerne igen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind als Familie, 2 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder angereist. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, die Kinder können sich frei bewegen und haben jede Menge Spiele und Fahrzeuge vor Ort zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Felder. Die Innenausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, Malzeug und andere Spielsachen für Kinder ist alles da. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen und kommen ganz sicher nochmal wieder. hervorragend und

Ganz Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung selber ist super. Sauber, gut eingerichtet und auch mit Unmengen nützlicher Dinge ausgestattet. Wir haben gar nichts negatives finden können. Und dann ist da noch die Lage. Perfekte ruhige Lage am Ende einer ganz kleinen Sackgasse. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Verkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe und man hört dort so gut wie gar nichts, weder tagsüber noch nachts. Was wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht überprüfen konnten, war die Situation mit Moskitos aufgrund der sehr nahe gelegenen Lethe. Aber so wäre das dann eben am Fluss.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Grünen

Sehr geräumige, absolut ruhig und grün gelgene Wohnung zum Entspannen. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, vor allem auch Spiele, Bücher, kleinkindgerecht. Vom Wohnzimmer aus konnte man Rehe beobachten und den Fasan, der in den Garten kam. :) Die Nähe zu Oldenburg ist natürlich auch toll.

Tolle Unterkunft für 2 Familien mit Kindern

Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage auf dem Lande. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Draußen konnten die Kids (2-8 Jahre) sich ausgiebig austoben. Wir können die Lage, die Gastfreundlichkeit sowie die Unterkunft nur empfehlen
