Welcome to the LandOase Rhade
In our new apartment for max. 4 people can relax and recharge their batteries.
The 80 square meter apartment is located in the countryside in the district of Rhade Dötlingen in the Wildeshauser Geest Nature Park.
The apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom is high quality and modern furnished - you have to do without anything. Of course there is a large garden with plenty of room.
Just close your eyes in a beach chair, read a book and listen to nature. Soak up the sun or go for long hikes.
But even if you want to be active on vacation, you are right. Visit the nearby climbing forest, swim in the heated outdoor pool, play golf or swing golf, go canoeing on the Hunte, cycle or hike through the beautiful landscape and much more ...
Explore the Wildeshauser Geest Nature Park and visit the artists' village of Dötlingen with its cafes and galleries. The nearby game and amusement park offers entertainment for the whole family. In Oldenburg, you can shop extensively in the pedestrian zone, visit concerts in the Staatstheater or support the EWE Baskets in a home game. In the museum village in Cloppenburg you will learn how people used to live here. Eat a delicious fish sandwich on a day trip to the North Sea coast. Bremen Town Musicians, the Schnoorviertel, the Bremer Roland and the Böttchergasse are just a few of the sights of the Hanseatic City of Bremen ... all in the immediate vicinity.

Mooi verblijf in een rustige, landelijke omgeving. Ideaal om fijn te gaan fietsen.Het appartement is ruim. Gezellug ingericht en aan alles is gedacht.De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk.We een paar dagen tot rust gekomen en hebben genoten.

Tolle Wohnung, super Garten, eigene Einfahrt mit Fahrradfarage, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verlebt.

Wunderschöne, super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wirklich super ausgestattet! Man hat viel Platz sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Unser kleiner Sohn konnte überall frei rumlaufen und die Gegend erkunden. Toll sind auch die beiden Liegen draußen, auf denen man sich sehr gut entspannen kann. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum pudelwohl dort gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful appartment in beautiful surroundings

We had a very good time in the lovely appartment which was very clean and very well stocked. We were welcomed by a very friendly host Andreas. The surroundings are beautiful, nice villages, the tierpark is nice to spend the afternoon, the kletterpark is great. Bremen and bremershaven are great cities to visit

Nice and relaxing

The house looks quite new, has its own front door and is rather big. A big bedroom with a nice double bed, cupboard and some drawers. A large television is also present in the bedroom (we didn't use it). The house has blinds, so it is quite dark at night. The living room has a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. We did not use it as a bed, only as a sofa and it is quite comfortable. The living room also has a big television and satellite TV, with only German television stations. The kitchen has everything one could wish for. A refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, oven, 4 electric burner stove, 12 sets of cutlery, lots of plates, cups and glasses, a standard coffeemaker and a Tassimo coffeemaker, water boiler and a lot Moore. They even provided tea and Tassimo coffee. The bathroom is quite large and has a bath as well as a very nice, big shower. Outside there is a table and some chairs to relax. Everything is provided for. Apart from some very small, insignificant thing everything was perfect. One has to have a car, because shops are not nearby. Not much restaurants in the neighborhood either. On the other hand, the very nice city of Bremen and the small city of Oldenburg are at a distance of 30 minutes driving. We had a very relaxing time here. Recommended.

Wir waren rund um glücklich mit unserer Entscheidung. Die Bilder halten ihr Versprechen. Die Wohnung ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Sie lässt nichts vermissen. In dieser Form bislang nicht erlebt. Von Anfang bis zum Ende ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Sehr zu empfehlen und eins können wir versprechen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir uns wieder einmieten wollen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage mitten im Grünen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern willkommen geheißen und haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen wie, z. B. Bremen, Bremerhaven oder der Heidepark Soltau.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ruheoase auf dem Land mitten im Grünen - ein Kleinod!

Sehr liebevoll, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz in der Wohnung für 4 Personen und einem sehr großen Garten/ Aussengelände, das sogar einen Pool beinhaltet. Es geht gar nicht anders, als hier zur Ruhe zu kommen! Dazu tragen insbesondere auch die ausgesprochen freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter bei, die für jede Frage und jedes Anliegen stets ein offenes Ohr hatten. Wir wurden sogar ganz spontan zur Geburtstagsfeier des Vermieters eingeladen. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die sich hier unbeschwert auf den riesen Grünflächen austoben können und die herzlich aufgenommen werden. Auch einige Fahrzeuge (Roller, Kettcar) sind vorhanden. Trotz abgeschiedener, ruhiger Lage sind viele Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto problemlos und schnell zu erreichen wie z.B. der Wild- und Freizeitpark Ostrittrum, Oldenburg oder die Nordseeküste. Wer lieber in und um die Ferienwohnung bleibt, findet über Grill samt Zubehör, Gartenliegen, Spielen, Sitzgruppe im Freien und natürlich freies WLAN und zwei Fernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer genug Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung, wenn er nicht gerade mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß auf einem der zahlreichen umliegenden Sträßchen oder Wege unterwegs ist. Selbst an einem Schuppen zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder mangelt es nicht. Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen und ein Geheimtip!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen in einer riesigen, wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mitten im Grünen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die dem Großstadtlärm entkommen wollen und eine Auszeit brauchen, dabei aber keine Kompromisse in Sachen Komfort eingehen möchten. Die Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, Tip Top sauber und ordentlich und lädt einfach zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Ruhig gelegene und wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir genossen die Tage in der Landoase Rade sehr! Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend: dass frische Blumen auf dem Tisch stehen ist für sie selbstverständlich. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wir verbrachten viele Stunden lesend im kühlen Schatten des Gartens und erholten uns bestens. Ideal ist die Lage auch für Ausflüge: mit dem Fahrrad erkundeten wir die Umgebung und holten uns jeden Morgen frische Brötchen im Dorf. Die Fahrt mit dem Kanadier auf der Hunte, die Ausflüge nach Bremen, Oldenburg oder Cloppenburg haben unsere Ferien ebenfalls bereichert. Herzlichen Dank der Familie Wolff für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Mooi en compleet huis. Niets op aan te merken.

Fijn huis en leuke eigenaars waar je totaal geen last van hebt. Wel echt voor de rustzoekers en wandelaars. De tuin is prachtig, overal is wel een zonnig, of juist schaduwplekje, te vinden, als de zon schijnt tenminste😉. Echt een oase.

Nous revenons d'une semaine à Landoase Rhade et nous ne pouvons que vous la recommander. L'appartement est bien agencé et est agréable. De plus, tout est impeccablement propre et la cerise sur le gateau, c'est qu'il est full équipé. La propriétaire est adorable et disponible si besoin est. Il y a une petite piscine mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'y plonger. Il y a aussi trois vélos pour découvrir la région.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung. Alles neu, hell, freundlich. Sogar Notfallbox für die vergessene Zahnbürste oder sonstige Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gegen schlaflose Nächte, die man in den sehr angenehmen Betten nicht haben dürfte. Habe mich besonders über die Tulpen auf den Tischen gefreut... . Es gibt auch Gartenmöbel für den Aufenthalt im schönen Gartengelände. Supermärkte / Restaurants in etwa 5-10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir können diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen. Wirklich eine Wohlfühloase...
