Maison vieillotte et humide

Seul point positif : emplacement proche de la plage et du centre de Carnac. Maison vieillotte, mal isolée phoniquement et contre l'humidité. Des volets qui laissent passer la lumiere et pas de tringles pour mettre des rideaux. La rue est assez bruyante, toute la journée.

nous savions que cette maison était un peu "vieillotte" cette maison est au bord d'une rue très bruyante , pas de rideau dans les chambres à l'étage et pas de tringle à rideau pour pouvoir cacher le jour , gênant avec des enfants . équipement de cuisine succin , pas de petite poêle par exemple , pas de cloche pour le micro onde...

basic vakantiewoning met beperkt comfort

Zeer basic onderkomen in oudere woning met beperkte gebreken, die overigens niet in de weg stonden. Tuin goed af te sluiten, maar wel strak tegen een drukke weg gelegen. 300 meter lopen naar strand (strand ideaal voor kleine kinderen, gezien bij eb groot wad gedeelte met kleine plassen) Woning zou beter worden, als onderhoud iets beter was (verfwerk, keuken moderniseren, tuinonderhoud)

Grande maison, bien conçue, avec grand jardin et bien située. Malheureusement, les équipements intérieurs sont très sommaires et l’ensemble a besoin d’un rajeunissement.

Grand et fonctionnel, pas loin de la plage

En dépit de nombreux défauts (peinture souvent défraichie, au ras d'une route assez passante, des portes qui ne ferment pas...) j'ai apprécié les 5 chambres, 2sdb et surtout la plage et le supermarché à 5 minutes à pied.
