An ideal place to relax and unwind.

Sehr schön, mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines relativ neuen Hauses, sehr gut zum Nordstrand und zur Innenstadt gelegen. Im Haus betritt man zunächst einen langen, sehr nüchternen Flur, in dem während unserer gesamten Urlaubszeit ein Besen über zusammengefegtem Staub an der Wand lehnte. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein Wohn/Esszimmer sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Für uns zwei gab es genug Platz, zu viert wäre es nach meinem Geschmack etwas eng. Es gibt zwei wirklich große Terrassen, eine davon - die mit Morgensonne - auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Dort ist man allerdings umgeben von Terrassen und Balkonen der Nachbarhäuser, da fühlt man sich manchmal etwas beobachtet. Aufgrund der aufgeführten Einschränkungen erscheint mir der Preis der Wohnung etwas zu hoch.
