The host was very quick to reply to all concerns and very flexible with check in times (she allowed an early check in which we appreciated). It had a gorgeous view, and the pool was wonderful. Room was great also.The hinge to the outside door was broken and the toilet didn’t flush but we contacted the host and she sent someone over.We also had a bad luck, the fridge broke while we were there but she had it replaced (24hrs later)Overall nice place with great host communication. View was beautiful

Great little place for a getaway

Isa the host was very accommodating and communicated well via What's APP. The room was clean and had many amenities. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units share the little pool. We left for most of the day so didn't see other guests very often.

Isa was very attentive and quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns. We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at this VRBO as we met some fun and wonderful people while there. I would say it is good value for what you get (it is not a 5 star resort if that is what you are looking for). Well equipped but I would suggest a couple things. A long handled broom would be nice to be able to sweep the floor rather than the small dust pan and brush. Also, a corner shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap as I slipped on our bar of soap more than once as there was no where to put it. The plunge pool was nice to be able to cool off when sitting out on the patio. Not very private if that is what you are looking for, however, we found it fun to meet fellow travellers. The lounge cushions are due to be replaced as several were ripped Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay there again!

Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten

This apartment is on the Dutch side in Simpson Bay. The apartment was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Communication with Isabel was clear and responses were quick. We had one minor maintenance issue that Isabel dealt with very quickly. The apartment is situated near the top of a hill with nice views and near the action in Simpson Bay. I would recommend that anyone staying here have a car as the climb up is reasonably long and steep. No issues with this property, our stay was near perfect!
