Nicely appointed condo. Excellent location. Quiet but close to supermarket and restaurants. Two excellent breakfast restaurants right next door. Nice pool area. Good outdoor dining area. My wife and I stayed for one month in December/January 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay. Clean property that is located close to many restaurants in Simpson Bay. Loved that the pool was only a few steps from patio door. Pool was very clean. Host was super easy to communicate with. We'd stay again!

Simpson Bay Yacht Club

Great Location, walking distance to many restaurants, beaches. Condo is well equipped with many amenities. Pool is located right outside your back door with a few steps up to the pool deck. Steve the host is amazing, answered all our questions promptly. Messaged us a few days into our stay to make sure everything was going well.

Great location for walking to ears and treats in Simpson Bay. Easy location to get a taxi. Security is good. Nice pool and located in nice community. Host very responsive. Cleaning could step up a notch in kitchen (cabinet fronts) and rugs in baths were worn and dirty. Annoying pooling of water in hall shower. Otherwise very nice.
