Welcome to Oak!

This beautiful 6 bedroom home is only located 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! Oak has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with the ability to hold up to 15 people (including children). Only 10 adults are allowed. The porch is filled with outdoor furniture, including a porch swing, perfect for relaxing and hanging out with the family on a beautiful Alabama evening. The living room has games, a tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. Whether you want to host friends or stay in for a cozy night, Oak is the perfect place! Out back there are grills, grilling utensils, and plenty of space - perfect for an outdoor bbq before a game!

Downstairs:
The downstairs floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and accessories, including a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single serve Keurig. After preparing your perfect home-cooked meal in the kitchen you can sit down and enjoy in the dining room or adorable breakfast nook! You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats! The first bedroom is right off of the living room and has three Single beds for the kids to sleep in! The other two bedrooms are down the hall. Both rooms have a King bed and a tv, one has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is down the hall and also has a walk-in shower.

Upstairs:
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and bathrooms. The floor is separated into three different apartments. Each apartment has their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space. Each apartment is equipped with kitchen and coffee supplies, so all guests can stay caffeinated during your stay! With three couches on the upstairs floor, there will always be a spot to relax and watch tv, play games with family and friends, or chill before going into Downtown Tuscaloosa for a night out!

Fire up the grill and enjoy a little pre-game BBQ! You’ll find grills, utensils, and a cozy fire pit — just right for relaxing with friends and family. The backyard is shared with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia homes, so please be kind and courteous to other guests.

Need extra room? Ask about The Chestnut Event Space! It’s perfect for group meals, tailgate parties, or simply kicking back together. Add it to your stay for an additional fee. Call or textto reserve!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia property.
