This immaculate beach condo adorned with coastal blue ceilings is located in the highly sought out Bradenton Beach Club community. Brand new to the rental market this unit is sure to please. Very spacious open kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and plenty of seating for everyone. Directly off the living room you will enjoy the screened in covered lanai! This a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee. Guest will have plenty of options for bedding with the bonus bunk room, featuring a Twin over Full bed. Don't forget to take in the nightly sunsets just a short walk across the street to beach access. This unit comes equipped with beach chairs and a beach buggy located in Storage Unit F.

The Bradenton Beach Club is a unique complex that runs from Beach to Bay. It has a deeded beach access directly across the street with lounge chairs available for use and there is a bayside boardwalk the takes you out to a covered pavilion with open bay views. Either option is great for manatee and dolphin watching. There's also a heated pool and spa ready for your enjoyment. The location is ideal on the island as it is a short distance to the trolley stop and Bridge Street with many shops and local restaurants.

Beautiful place

We had such a wonderful vacation while staying here. The rental was very clean when we arrived and the vibe is calm and fun when you walk in! Blue skies above (the ceiling is painted blue) and a cozy living space, plus a nicely stocked kitchen area, and the beds were really comfortable. We had coffee every morning on the screened in lanai. The condo complex has a great pool and outdoor spaces, but the best part is how close we were to the beach!! The property management company was on top of communications and available by text or phone whenever needed, and booking was a breeze. Fantastic unit for anyone coming to Anna Maria Island, we very highly recommend this place to others!

Paradise

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Blue Skies property! The location was just across the street to the beach and close to restaurants, Publix and Walgreens. The property was clean and nicely furnished including the lanai. The pool and spa were enjoyable as was the short walk to the dock on the bayside to see the sunrise. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return!
