The house was a little small. One if the bedroom air conditioners didn’t work the problem was never resolved. No hot water for 2 days the problem was resolved. Location was great close to the beach easy walk to all the restaurants! Clean and come. The roof top deck was spectacular.

Great rooftop

The house was adorable and very clean. The rooftop was awesome with great ocean views, lots, of room, and tons of seating. The house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for including beach chairs, towels, linens, coffee maker, and a Keurig. The only downside was the air conditioning units in the bedrooms didn’t work that great. The living room one was great but we were hot at night. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Great location to the beach and great house for the price.

A REAL DISAPPOITMENT

The description of the property was totally misleading! This house is so below anyones standard. It was nothing like it was advertised on VRBO! It was old and much smaller than depicted in photos! It was a fire hazard! Electric is old and there were extensions cords everywhere! Fuses kept blowing. Noisy, old, window a/c units. No room to entertain. Sheets were stained, bathroom door lock broken, outdoor chairs are old, broken and rickety, vacuum was broken, bathroom window broken, walls are dirty, couches are terribly stained, garbage strewn all over property. Definitely no queen bed in this house. Two full beds. Bunk bed not very sturdy and the corners were tied with string. My kids were so disappointed in the house, that they left our vacation early. I could go on and on but I’m sure you can see what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT THIS HOUSE WAS, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE RENTED FOR 2 WEEKS! This house is managed by a management company. I recommend renting from a homeowner! It took 5 days for them to respond to our need for several lightbulbs and clean sheets!My husband eventually went and bought lightbulbs!
