Pleasant, comfortable, clean, 3 Bedroom's, 2 Bath's, Beach House, 3rd House from the OCEAN!!! This house is a True Beach Cottage with a Classic White Picket Fence with 4 Adirondack Chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.
Before your arrival EVERYTHING gets washed. I have bought double comforters and blankets that get taken away and replaced after each rental.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as the spacious living room area.
One full bathroom inside and one bathroom outside and enjoy your outdoor shower! White picket fenced-in front yard with a lovely sitting area with Adirondack Chairs and Chaise Lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Backyard has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy with a large deck with huge couch, dinning table, umbrella, and outdoor BBQ grill.
Beautiful white sandy beach, no cars, kid-friendly, classical summer living at the beach!! Everything you need is already available to you, all kitchen items, washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and more!
Weekly rental: Check in on Monday at 4:00 P.M. and Check Out is on Sunday at 10:00 A.M.
This home is only accessible by ferry. There is paid parking at the ferry. There is a strict noise policies for this home: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. set by the Village of Ocean Beach. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Small dogs may be allowed, if approved, at an extra cost, however, due to allergies no cats are allowed.
You can call or text at 631-771-0986 or sunnydaychalet@aol.com. To rent you must be 30 years old, sign a rental agreement and provided me with a copy of your state issued ID. This person must be on premises AT ALL TIMES and will be issued the key.

I love to share my home for other families to enjoy the beach, sun and Village of Ocean Beach!
Why they chose this property
This is a cute beach house with 3 bedrooms/2 baths and is styled like a Florida Keys Style Cottage!! It is steps from the Beach, just 3 houses away!!! A/C in every room, 2 TV's, Internet, kitchen, living room, large back deck to relax on a huge couch, huge outdoor table with big umbrella, BBQ, outside shower, outside toilet, and plenty of room for games! Nice front patio area for sitting behind a white picket fence! There are also 2 lounge chairs for soaking up the sun! You can even clean your feet with a water picket. Everything you will need for the beach such as towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blanket and even beach toys for the kids to enjoy are waiting for you. You are within walking distance to all the numerous restaurants, bars and shops. You must take a ferry to Ocean Beach as NO cars are allowed, so you can relax.
At the house is double of everything. You can rest easy knowing that the comforter and blankets are all clean and new for your arrival! The entire house will be sanitized for you and your family.

What makes this property unique
Fire Island is a very wonderful and unique place. You can only get there by boat or ferry. The main mode of transportation is by foot or bicycle (NOT provided). Not only does Fire Island boast one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, it also has a tone of amazing wildlife.
Ocean Beach is the largest of towns on Fire Island. However, everything from the beach to the Village is still only a 5 minute walk. There are numerous restaurants and bars, where you can get the famous must have Rocket Fuel. For the kids this is a paradise as well. There are a bunch of ice cream and pizza shops around town. With the carefree and safe atmosphere, kids gather early evening in town. There is also a summer camp, softball field, basketball, tennis and pickle board courts!
