Host never reserved our room despite having accepted the payment. Got confirmation from Vrbo but nothing from host. Vrbo should have communicated booking with host. Very disappointed with experience. Got there and had no place to stay. Not acceptable

There was a glitch with your booking and a notification getting to me. I reached out to you several times as soon as I became aware offering to help relocate you after an IMMEDIATE refund. Again, I apologize. I made sure to whitelist VRBO emails and changed the settings to require inquiries on dates before auto booking to ensure 100% availability.
