The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1157 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance.

Air conditioned. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This townhouse was well equipped and comfortable. Situated in a popular neighborhood with a lot going on and lots of good food, it's very close to the light rail station, making it easy to get to many other parts of the Seattle area as well.

The property is wonderful for a small to midsized group of folks who want to explore Capitol Hill. My group and I were in town for a convention and the proximity of the townhouse to the light rail was fantastic. Six of us stayed, and there was plenty of space for us. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host accessible and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 days before our cruise. Everything about the property was just as described. It was a wonderful stay and very easy to find all the things we needed. The location was perfect for walking to get to several restaurants and the grocery store was very close. The house was extremely clean and well kept. We loved it! We needed a "base camp" in Seattle for college visits, rendezvous with friends and yes.....something close but not too close to Lumen Field for the Taylor Swift concert. We got exactly what we needed along with a large dose of helpful and timely engagement from our hosts. We really appreciated how easy they made it to check in/out and some of the personal touches while we were there. Great experience!

We had a wonderful visit in Seattle. Every review of this property was spot on. A grocery store and a number of excellent restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. We used Uber vs renting a car. Ubers arrived within 1-2 minutes of requesting them. The townhome was well-appointed and had a handy inventory list so you could find anything you could need. It was extremely clean and a comfortable spot for our family to hang out when we were done with sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Seattle again.

Our stay lasted about 2 hours. We found the property very disappointing beginning with the neighborhood and although a parking permit was issued by the property parking was a nightmare. We spent over a half and hour finding a parking spot. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The unit itself was not comfortable. It was sparsely furnished and the television was not functional. After a couple of hours we moved to a hotel. It was a very expensive couple of hours!

This condo has everything you need. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It’s one block off Broadway (which can be sketchy) but it’s on a quiet street and the neighboring streets are nice. It’s one block from a grocery store which was great. Also, centrally located in Seattle so easy to get anywhere. We never had an issue getting an Uber. They were always there in 2 minutes or less.
