This gorgeous, newly remodeled, condo sleeps six, and is located on a peaceful, quiet hillside among pines, overlooking Lake Tahoe, which is less than two miles below. Fully equipped with three large flat screen TV's, corner fireplace, new furnishings, carpet, granite, a long balcony, queen bed, blackout shades, dishes, numerous pans and utensils, and parking in a carport right at the front door. Outstanding value for less than a basic hotel room at the Luxury Hotel, which this condo overlooks. It is very well maintained and adheres to strict cleaning standards. Deck has a serene setting for viewing sunsets over the lake and a dark night sky. It may be the best value there is in N Lake Tahoe. Everyone seems to enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere found in this small community project less than two miles to all the best places in Incline Village.

We needed a comfortable place to spend the evening with some relatives nearby, with the option that they could spend the night too if they wished. Given Covid, we wanted to be able to cook and dine “at home” and this place made it possible.

The unit was older then I envisioned and it sure showed , The carpet needs to replaced ASAP there were numerous stains throughout, several blinds were broken and cracked, living room lamp was falling apart, the couch was uncomfortable, appliances were out dated. The thing we were most disappointed with was the lack of AC in the unit although there was a thermostat but it didn’t blow cool air They do provide a couple of box fans which helped with the uncomfortable conditions though

Mark’s place was super clean. Had beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Check in was fairly smooth. Mark also made sure our check in goes smooth even after 12 am!

Great view

We arrived late. The video check in showed an employee on screen and she was panicked in trying to find our reservation. My brother was already looking for another stay bc the clerk couldn’t find us. I was worried. Once she found us it was easy to find our condo. It had a couple of flights of stairs. It provided very basic amenities. Bring your own coffee and basics for kitchen. Beds were comfortable and nice towels. When we got up in the morning, the lake views were AMAZING and made the entire stay!!! Close the binds if you leave for the day bc the sun comes blasting in. The fans were useful:). Overall a very nice stay for the price😊
