We offer this ground floor apartment in a villa, ideally located in the north of the town of Ajaccio.

Located 5km from the historic center of Ajaccio, the airport, the first beach, it is in a very quiet residential area.

Although a car is recommended for getting around, you are barely 1km from a bus stop and local shops.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment has a surface area of approximately 60m² and is composed of:

• 1 small kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed.
• 1 shaded terrace overlooking the garden
• 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed (pass-through room)
• 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2 (pass-through room)
• 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets

The rooms are "passing", you can refer to the photos showing the plans of the apartment to better understand the layout of the rooms.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

The residence is divided into 3 accommodations: your ground floor apartment, an upper villa and an outbuilding.

Each has an independent entrance and a private terrace.

The respective spaces are quite well separated within the residence.

The shared spaces are:

• The swimming pool
• The summer kitchenette near the pool
• The outdoor laundry room
• Parking in the garden

Towels and sheets are provided; the beds are made for your arrival (except for the sofa beds, we leave the bed linen on them)

Cleaning is organized by us between each rental.

Minimum basic food and cleaning supplies are available but not due. Some may or may not be left over from previous rentals. Coal is not provided.

No pets allowed as we already have 2 cats roaming around and it is not uncommon to come across Herman's tortoises, a wild and protected species that must not be disturbed.

The interior of the apartment is non-smoking. You can smoke on the terrace.

The swimming pool has a salt treatment. Its maintenance is done regularly by a professional.

For safety reasons, the pool gate must always remain closed.

Despite the gate and the signs, you will have to watch the children and never leave them unattended!!!
