This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Shores of Panama 1013 is a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo located on the 10th floor. This condo is sure to provide wonderful memories for your family vacation.

This property is equipped with a doorbell camera to monitor access to the condo as well as verify that no under 25 groups are checking in.

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cookware, and most pots/pans one would use to prepare a tasty meal. The bar has seating for 3. There is also a dining table with seating for 4.

The living area has updated and comfortable seating, paired with a large flat-screen TV with HD DirectTV. The sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for 2.

The oversized balcony has plenty of seating and a wonderful view of the Shores of Panama lagoon pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom is truly its own retreat. you will find a king bed with new furnishings and high-end linens. There is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and an attached private bathroom with a tub/shower combo

The bunk room has a door that creates privacy for the kids. The bunk room has a sturdy twin/twin bunk bed with a closet. There is a private bathroom, with a full-sized washer/dryer.
