Nicht in gutem Zustand

An sich ist die Wohnung toll. Viele Lampen sind kaputt, Lampenschirme fehlen. Das Geschirr, Gläser und Tassen sind in keinem guten Zustand und bestehen teilweise aus Werbegeschenken. Die Stromversorgung ist eigentümlich und besteht teilweise aus Verkabelungen in Unterputzdosen unter dem Bett. Der Fön ist am Kabel notdürftig mit Panzertape geflickt worden. Wir haben den Fön lieber nicht benutzt. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Überall dicke Kalkablagerungen an den Fliesen in der Dusche und Grünspan an den Wasserhähnen. Spinnengewebe, Spinnen und Nester an den Decken und in den Ecken. Neben den Betten und darunter lagen Wollmäuse und grober Dreck. Die Spühlmaschine funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Ein Fernseher im zweiten Schlafzimmer funktioniert auch nicht. Der Kühlschrank ist notdürftig mit Tesafilm geklebt. Die Küchenfronten klebten förmlich. Alle Leuchtmittel in den Lampen sind viel zu schwach gewählt. Abends ist es in der Wohnung schon sehr dunkel. Für den geforderten Preis erwarten wir Sauberkeit und eine vernünftige und funktionierende Grundausstattung. Man müsste und könnte hier mit wenig Aufwand und Geld ein annehmbares Fereienerlebnis präsentieren, macht es aber nicht. Wir sind das zweite Mal innerhalb eines Jahres hier gewesen und haben den Zustand das letzte Mal schon bemängelt. Wir haben wieder gebucht, da wir die Wohnung an Sicht gut fanden und davon ausgegangen sind, dass etwas getan wird. Wir wurden leider enttäuscht.
