About this property

Our family-friendly apartment on two levels is fully equipped for up to six people.
There is an optional coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the house.
You will find a dryer, ironing board and iron in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender and kettle.
Cable TV, DVD player and stereo system are available once in the living area.
Cot, changing table, stair gate and high chair are included.
There is an in-house children's playground behind the house.
There is a shower room on each floor.
All rooms (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms) have laminate and tiled floors.


Child-friendly: There is a cot, changing table and high chair in the apartment. In addition, the sockets are childproof and there is a protective grille on the top of the stairs. A game box and board games are available. Behind the house is a private playground and a sandpit.

3 bedrooms: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, 1 parents' room with a double bed and a children's room with 2 single beds. A baby bed is also available
On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms have laminate floors, enough storage space for things you have brought with you and blackout blinds. All mattresses have protectors.
A safe for valuables is available.
The living room is spacious and is equipped with a leather couch and two leather armchairs.
Flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo are available for free use. Board games for adults and also for children are available.
A small balcony with seating for two people and cushions are available. You can also smoke there.

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Ist für bis zu 6 Personen angegeben. Schlafmöglikeit für 6 Personen ist gegeben, aber eine Essmöglichkeit nur für 4. Das ist sehr schade. Die Küche ist für größere Menschen recht niedrig. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Ansonsten alles super.

In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Lage der Wohnung und die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung und der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus sind sehr empfehlenswert.Jedoch ist die Wohnung für 6 Personen zu klein, eines der 3 Schlafzimmer besteht nur aus einem Nachttisch, Bett und Stuhl.Der Essbereich ist kein Tisch, sondern ein Tresen, der unten komplett zu ist, sodass besonders größere Menschen nicht wissen, wohin sie mit den Beinen sollen.Die Geschirrkörbe der Spülmaschine sind angerostet, das Platzangebot der Küche ist sehr begrenzt. Die Besteckschublade befindet sich unter dem Herd.Die Bäder haben kaum Abstellflächen, allerdings einen Unterschrank.Die Waschbecken haben eine sehr geringe Tiefe und sind viel zu hoch angebracht, sodass 5-jährige Kinder trotz Hocker sich nur schwer die Hände waschen können.Die Duschen besitzen nicht, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, Türen, sondern einen viel zu langen, dunkelblauen Duschvorhang. Durch die Überlänge saugt dieser sich über den Abfluss fest und trocknet schlecht.Die Nähe zum Ort und Strand und die nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super!

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit 4 Erwachsenen belegt. Durch 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer inkl. Toilette war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Zu Fuß ist man ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand unterwegs.

Perfekt für Familien

Alles da, was man braucht. Viel Platz und perfekt ausgestattet für Babys (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Wickeltisch (!) und Treppenschutzgitter). Für größere Kinder perfekt ist der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war super. Groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Bisher unsere schönste Wohnung in Cuxhaven. In Cuxhaven gibt es viel zu entdecken, aber auch nur ein Strandspaziergang ist wunderschön.

Saubere und gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Küchen Utensilien, Stauraum, alles für Kleinkinder und sogar Bücher und Spiele. ). Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral gelegen und nach kurzem Fußmarsch von etwa 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Lediglich das angegebenen W LAN ist zu bemängeln. Im gesamten Haus gibt es keinen Empfang zum Vodafone Hotspot. Nur in einer Ecke des Balkons gab es Empfang. Allerdings nur 1 Balken und somit war das Internet unbrauchbar. Schade, denn ansonsten ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert.

Gut für ein paar Tage.

Generell sauber und nett. Leider kann man mit 5 Erwachsenen nicht zusammen essen, mit einem Baby dabei noch weniger. Schade. Die Matratzen waren außerdem leider sehr durchgelegen und fleckig; und die Betten quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung gut und ausreichend für ein paar Tage.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung...

Die Ferienwohnungen war sauber, hatte eine super Lage und es war alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Bis auf wlan entsprach auch alles der Anzeige. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht, die Betten quietschen stark und auch die Treppe konnte man nicht benutzen ohne die anderen zu wecken.

Wunderschöne Uraubszeit

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr sauberen und schönen Ferienwohnung die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Die Lage perfekt für zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter war bis auf einen Tag auch hervorragend. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
