Shops at the foot of the residence. Well-maintained accommodation. Good value for money.
Comprising a pleasant living room (double sofa bed, TV) opening onto a loggia with sea view. Very well-equipped entrance/kitchen area, 1 cabin (2x1 bunk beds)
Bathroom with 1 toilet. Amenities: 2 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, 3kg washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Garden furniture.
Perfect for couples with children who want to fully enjoy the beach and discover Gruissan in a different way.
Discover the old circular village, its markets, shops, and restaurants. The salt marshes and its museum, as well as the legendary Chalets sur Pilotis beach and its water sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, towed buoys, etc.).
Pet fee - 10 kg: €30 - Deposit €350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning at an additional cost.
Electricity charges apply from October to the end of May.
