A Wave From It All 3 is located directly on the beach! Just 20 minutes from airport.

When sending in Inquiry or booking request, please provide us with total number of guests as there are extra cost for over 10 people, and dates available on calendar. This will help us answer any question you have

Please NOTE: We recently had WIFI installed at our home.. This is NOT included in the rental agreement. If you would like access for your group it would be ONLY $10.00 per day and would provide 1 GB of data.

There is not a wifi provider in ES that offers unlimited so it is very expensive.
the average guest reservation is 10 people for $1.00 per day is very cheap.

** IF interested in the WIFI please request after reservation is complete and this would be paid in cash on arrival for the service**

Recommend – Bug Spray, indoor, outdoor and personal. Open concept allows for them to be everywhere. Not included in rental.
Well Water – must buy your own drinking / cooking water

Beautiful house but too many bugs inside

The house is nice and big but has many bugs such as beetles, mosquitos, flies, spiders, geckos, and others. The caretakers are good people, so after getting there ask them to clean and they will do the best they can. Not too many restaurants around, The Hotel Estero y Mar is close by if you want to have some decent food, also, El Malecon that they just opened.

Bugs Galore Needs Deep Clean & Extermination

Omg this property had multiple bug infestations. Including spiders that bite, red ants, & Over 5 wasps nest inside 1 of which in the master shower 🤢. Owner was nice at 1st but didn’t bother to reply once I contacted him about the living conditions. The kitchen & fridge are disgusting. There’s No toilet paper, no paper towel, & most importantly no towels. It’s so bad we are currently searching for accommodations. This is by far the worst Vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. As a fellow real estate investor please please take a small investment do the following. Get a shop vac & eliminate all the insect clusters. Exterminate the property thoroughly. Start keeping the windows closed to stop swarms & infestations. Mold killing fresh paint. Implement towels for gods sake. Oh and lastly & least important NO WIFI
