This two-bedroom + loft/two-bathroom condo underwent a complete remodel in 2021 under new owners. Contemporary yet cozy interior - every detail considered for your Telluride vacation.
BED CONFIGURATION: Queen bed, split King bed (can be converted to two XL Twins) and two sets of bunkbeds in the loft (4 twins total).
Enter the space from either the lower-level entrance (bedroom level) or from the upper living level with entry, bath, kitchen, dining, living and full-size stackable washer dryer.
On the living level, you will find new living room furnishings, a large flat-screen SMART TV, a dining table that accommodates six, a breakfast bar with contemporary seating, a fully appointed kitchen with all new, stainless-steel appliances, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, washer/dryer and spiral stairs access to the loft. The large picture window from the living and dining room offer views overlooking the pool area and the ski area beyond.
The loft, otherwise known as “kids’ corner,” has two bunkbeds (two twins each) with storage drawers underneath, a flat-screen TV, and a video game console. The lower level of the condo has two bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and private bath with shower, and the other with two twin XLs that may be converted to a king-size bed upon request. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. Free wi-fi/internet access is provided. There is an additional vanity area with sink and coffee station in the hallway off the bedrooms as well.
Finally, the convenience of Lulu City to the ski area, River Trail, grocery store and downtown make getting around easy for all. One covered, designated parking space is included in your stay, and the Galloping Goose Town Shuttle stops right on the corner approximately every 12 minutes. The Oak Street Gondola Station is just a few blocks east, as is downtown Telluride. Stay at the "Best in Lulu City" and you will be back again and again.
*Note, our condo has a lock-off capability allowing for a bedroom/bath only or one bedroom+ loft. We will permit lock-off bookings within 14 days of stay, based on availability. Please inquire if interested in the lock-off arrangement.
Shoes and boots are NOT to be worn inside the condo.

My group had a great stay. Communication was seamless. The location is a short walk to Lift 7 and we were able to keep our car in the garage until mid-afternoon before heading to the airport. We would stay here again.
Wonderful location and a very clean unit with everything you would need. If it was not there the host made sure to provide. Would not hesitate to book again.
We stayed here for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The location was a brief walk to Town Park and conveniently located close to the grocery store.
The property manager was very kind, helpful, and responsive when we had questions.
We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space and the decor was all new! I loved the kitchen which was well stocked and top of the line appliances. After a full day of skiing I loved being able to make a simple meal for the family! Also, the kids loved the loft bunk area! Tons of games we all enjoyed! The unit was super clean and supplied with everything we needed. The location was about 1/2 block from Lift 7. We walked to the lift each morning to get first chair! And easy blue to get back to the bottom of lift 7. We loved the location to the town and parking was easy and convenient for the condo. All over fabulous spot!
Condo was nicely appointed, modern and clean. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed for cooking simple dinners and meals. The beds were comfortable.
The video game in the loft was a fun bonus for the kids.
Access to ski rentals at telluride sport Cimaron lodge and lift 7 were great!! So easy and convenient. Loved the proximity to Clark’s market and the walk to town and restaurants.
Was a bummer that we couldn’t ski down to lift 7 for the first 4 days but the town side of the ski mountain wasn’t open yet. Even so the river trail from the town lift was a beautiful walk and we could even ski the trial back. On our last day they opened telluride tail and we could ski down to lift 7 which was amazing! Made the location even better
The remodeled pool and hot tub were very nice and heated. The only issue was that we had to walk around to the outside gate in our bathing suits to use the key fob (there was no punch code left for the entrance from the inside stairwell directly to the area by the hot tub)
The TV in the living room is nice and great that is has streaming access - the only trouble is that it was little tricky for 6 people to watch the New Years football games comfortably from the sofa.
We didn’t realize that this property had an interior entrance and some people in the building were heavily smoking marijuana. As a result we didn’t enjoy having to walk through the hall to enter the condo or go out into the hall to leave the building However once we were inside the unit it was clean, quiet, comfortable and well kept.
One of the window blinds was broken upon our arrival but it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the condo.
Overall this was a nice comfortable property, remodeled and well appointed, with easy access to slopes and town.
We used this condo as a base for our family ski trip and were very pleased with the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The living space was warm and comfortable for our group of seven. There were plenty of comfy beds and they even had games and puzzles for guests to enjoy. Another great plus was that it was so close to lift 7, the local grocery store, and downtown. We would be happy to stay there again.
