Duplex in 5-storey residence with lift. & caretaker, 3rd floor, approx. 45 m², south-east facing balcony. Individual ski locker.
Shops, slopes & ice rink on site.
- Entrance: Cupboards & bathroom (bathtub), independent toilet. & access to mezzanine.
- Living room: equipped kitchen area (4 burners, oven, microwave, sink, cupboards & fridge), dining area, 1 sofa bed & color TV.
- Closed mezzanine (separated into 2): (1 140 cm bed) / 2 bunk beds and 1 120 cm bed.
Bring personal linen: sheets, towels and tea towels.
Animals are welcome
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
